On the 5th November 1869, under the hand of Malcolm Struan Tonnochy, the then Acting Registrar General, a Licence was issued to Su Yikdim enabling him to carry on the business of a Poultry Dealer at the said No. 14 in the Western Market, and on the 26th October 1876, the name of your Memorialist was added to the License by the then Registrar General.
